Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement arrangement or store credit; refunds are not offered. A redelivery or service fee may apply for pickups, drop-offs, or transplant services related to replacements.

Please note that due to factors beyond our control—such as weather, care, and outdoor conditions—we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for outdoor plants, floral arrangements, blooming plants, custom orders, or holiday-specific items. We proudly offer same-day floral delivery across New York City and most areas of Bergen County, NJ. Orders for same-day delivery should be placed as early as possible, with a standard cutoff time of 12 PM EST. Delivery fees may vary. While we do our best to accommodate requested timeframes, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and same-day selections may be limited based on availability.

Deliveries are available seven days a week and are hand-delivered by our team to ensure quality and freshness. For business deliveries, please provide the company name, floor or suite number, and recipient’s phone number.
