Yes, we offer same-day delivery across New York City and most areas of Bergen County, NJ. Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for same-day service, and selections may be limited based on immediate availability.

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do accept preferred timeframes and always do our best to accommodate them.

Yes! We deliver seven days a week, including weekends, to help you celebrate special occasions at any time.

If the recipient isn’t available and there’s no doorman or safe drop-off location, we’ll contact them to coordinate a smooth delivery. A redelivery fee may apply if a second trip is required.

We source our blooms from a curated network of premium growers, both local and international. Our selections include seasonal flowers from farms in New York and New Jersey, as well as specialty stems from trusted farms in Italy, the Netherlands, and France—ensuring the highest quality and freshness in every arrangement.

Please email orders@unicoflowers.com within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue. Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available.

We make sure every arrangement is in its best condition. Please note that seasonal flower availability may result in slight variations from the pictures.

For office or corporate deliveries, please provide the company name, floor or suite number, and recipient’s phone number. Many NYC buildings require direct delivery to the recipient due to security policies.
