Refund policy
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral and plant products. However, due to their perishable nature, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Floral & Plant Products:

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date.

To initiate a claim, please email us at orders@unicoflowers.com and include clear photos or videos illustrating the issue.

Eligible requests will be resolved by providing a replacement arrangement or issuing store credit. Refunds are not available.

Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, care, and outdoor conditions, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or store credit for outdoor plants, floral arrangements, blooming plants, custom orders, or holiday-specific items.

A redelivery or service fee may apply for pickups, drop-offs, or transplant services related to replacements.

Items previously replaced or returned are not eligible for further replacement or store credit.
Delivery Attempt & Re-delivery Fees:

If a specific delivery time is arranged and the recipient is not present to accept the delivery upon arrival, the sender will be responsible for both a return fee and a re-delivery fee before another delivery attempt is made.
Customers are responsible for chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable administrative/legal costs arising from false or bad-faith disputes.
